Welcome to the Two Mile Ash Initial Teacher Training Partnership.  We are the longest established Primary training provider in Milton Keynes and are proud of our excellent outcomes for trainee teachers.

At Two Mile Ash, we believe that every child is entitled to a world class education. This means we have had 100% employment of our graduate trainees for many years and have a 95% retention rate five years later, which is higher than the national average.

As a graduate of a Two Mile Ash programme of ITT, we are uniquely placed to help you develop your career in whichever direction you aim to go.  From your ECT programme through to subject leadership, SENCO, middle leadership and senior leadership, we are here to support you every step of the way.

We recognise the importance of looking after our trainees’ well-being and, to this end, our tutor team are experienced and expert in providing both academic and pastoral support and guidance.
