We are a dynamic, performance music school based in Southern Tasmania. We teach drumming, musicianship piano and performance skills. Our curriculum encourages students to challenge their abilities and go beyond individual musical boundaries.
Training sessions are provided in a manner geared toward the practical understanding of rhythm movement and musicianship. Our classes provide the opportunity for students to join one of the performance drumcorps.
Sophia’s love of music and children guarantee a fun filled class that offers a solid foundation to increase children’s awareness of meter rhythm and pitch, her classes are methodically planned and utilise colourful illustrations and group games to facilitate learning.
The classes are designed for students wishing to gain a thorough understanding of Basic Keyboard harmony, Chords, intervals, Meter and Rhythm and Pitches.
Phillip's lessons make drumming fun, challenging and progressive, his 30 years teaching experience and more than 40 years playing experience enable him to meet the individual needs of each student.
