The Health & Safety Representative course participants understand the objectives and statutory requirements pertaining to health and safety in the workplace.

Basic Fire Fighting course teaches participants to bring fires under control and to extinguish fires. Participants are also trained with the necessary skills to quickly and correctly identify the type of fire so that they can select the appropriate fire fighting procedure.

Basic Life Support (BLS) is the foundation for saving lives. The course is designed for healthcare providers and trained first responders who provide care to patients in a wide variety of settings or by those in a healthcare training program.

First Aid is the first and immediate assistance given to any person suffering from either a minor or serious illness or injury, with care provided to preserve life, prevent the condition from worsening, or to promote recovery.
