VanDer Training(Pty) Ltd, since 2017, is situated in George, and it serves the greater Garden Route by uplifting the skill set of those that the Institution has the honor to enter onto the premises.

Co-owners, Michiel van der Schyf and Antoinette van der Schyf, collectively own more than 40 years’ experience in the Business Industry, as well as in the Education, Training and Development arena.

Over the years they have delivered high-quality qualified learners in various subject matters in their roles as ETD Practitioners within their scope of qualification and experience to industries in South Africa, alongside equipping with workable and marketable business skills and work readiness ability

Antoinette, alongside 20 years’ experience in Wholesale, Retail and Operational Management, brings with her business and operational acumen with extensive experience in the management of education, training and development data and information.

Michiel and Antoinette has Constituent registration as Assessors and Moderators with several SETAs (Sector Education and Training Authorities), and apart from facilitation, assessment and moderation of a wide scope of subject matter, also are affluent Instructional Designers with a clear understanding of adult learning principles.

The Instructional Design expertise are on various methodologies, from traditional contact to e-learning and related forms.

The Training Institution was started to serve all walks of lives, with the ultimate aim of changing people’s lives, to be a better individual, to contribute to not only the economy of South Africa but the even important Socio-Economics of the country, contributing to the improvement of the Human Development Index

Apart form the Training Academy, they are experience Business Practitioners, through the sister company, VanDer Consultancy (Pty) Ltd, since 2012, offering the acumen to improvement of organisational value chains, while aligning to legislative requirements of South Africa.

They understand how to benefit from Skills Development Levies paid and to turn training into a profit driver in organisations. Michiel’s network of clients he services are a clear reflection of his ability over various industries and several business subject matters.

VanDer Consultancy is a fully registered Accounting practice, servicing all size companies as well as individual in financial, tax, payroll, bookkeeping and financial administration and support services.

Michiel and Antoinette has as part of their network, experienced resources in various subject matters and services in consultative Service Level Agreements. This ensures capacity to service organisations of any size.
