Wake Up With Makeup

My journey into permanent makeup started one day while I was having lunch with my mother. She told me she had decided to have a permanent makeup procedure. I had never heard of permanent makeup before.

When I realized she was talking about having a tattoo on her face, I panicked! We were both nurses working long hours at the time and she began to explain to me how much easier her life would be if she did not have to reapply her makeup every day.

I was skeptical and made sure she did her research. It was important to both of us that she choose an artist who understood cross contamination and health issues; we wanted an artist with a nursing background.

I was amazed when I saw the end results, how natural it looked, and how permanent makeup truly made her life easier. My mother has worked very hard and always cared about her looks. To this day she still loves waking up with makeup!
