Lifting Operations training is offered by CSM. We offer a wide range of programmes designed specifically to meet the needs of industry. We also have products that are applicable to people at work in general.

Scissor Lift training is offered by J&D Training Ltd. Courses at our centre are a flexible alternative to on-site training and are available all year round including Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays and are available to business or private customers.

The purpose of the training is to give an overview of the health and safety issues to consider in the management of lifting operations, in particular compliance with Regulation 8 (Organisation of Lifting Operations) of the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER).

This course is ideal for those looking to build on their controlling lifting operations skills. Created for individuals already working as a lifting operator in the construction industry, this qualification opens the opportunity for progression opportunities.

Lifting and Slinging Safety  course is offered by Q1TUM. Q1TUM’s goal is a simple one, to deliver high quality training courses that comply with up to date Health and Safety Legislation, approved Codes of Practice and Guidance documents.

On completion of the one-day programme, the delegates will be able to state the legal requirement affecting lifting gear and lifting machines Identify and use the correct methods of lifting

The course aim is to instruct operators to prepare and operate  safely a variety of mobile elevating work platforms known as MEWPs and to successfully obtain an IPAF MEWP Operators’ Licence.

This course is the initial training and assessment for the CPCS A61 Appointed Person Lifting qualification. Successful delegates will be awarded the CPCS Trained Operator red card.

We can only deliver this course at clients' premises where there is a mobile crane on site. This is why no training dates are shown. The training covers slinging and lifting of loads, and signalling to the crane operator.
