Our adult and young chef cooking classes not only teach you how to cook but also where your food comes from, how to prepare it in different and interesting ways, and what nutrients it gives to your body. We want to help people of all ages develop a healthy relationship with food and food culture one dish at a time. All of our classes are vegetarian and nut free.
Our Preschool Classes are designed specifically for ages 2-5 and are bursting with hands-on activities, healthy concept learning through games, and of course, empowering your little one to create their own special healthy snacks.
