Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen hosted a full summer of in-person culinary and baking camps. All virtual summer camp sessions are available here. Currently we are hosting parent/child/teen culinary and baking classes during the week beginning at 6:00 pm. When we are able to open on Saturday’s again, they’ll be hosted then too.
2021 Summer Culinary are currently in session, which means that our parent/child and parent/teen classes are on hold until later in summer. Those events will resume again later in summer and continue onward throughout the year! Please sign up for our kids/teens newsletter for updates!
We help people enjoy delicious food in a bunch of ways. Our hands-on classes teach cooks at every age how to make seasonal, flavorful meals at home. Our private events are designed for interaction and lots of foodie fun.
Our corporate catering service moves lunchtime beyond the basics. Plus, we offer Saturday brunch, prepared meals for the family, and products that make healthy cooking a breeze. Your next great meal is waiting at Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen.
Our goal is to teach parents and children the fundamentals of how to cook and incorporate healthier recipes they can execute themselves. Our children focused classes are TEKS & SEL curriculum base culinary classes ranging from 2nd grade to 12th grade.
Kiddie Cooks Class is offered by Walnut Hill College for all ages and skill levels. Throughout the camp week, beginning with the basics of kitchen safety, your camper will participate in hands-on culinary or pastry classes in the College’s kitchens
Kids Cooking class is offered by Katsumi's Teaching Kitchen. Learn how to make bento with fresh, seasonal ingredients!
Our all-new summer series will help your child become a more creative and confident cook!
We’ll learn how to roll and shape everything into classic beef enchiladas with cheese and ranchero sauce to enjoy hot from the oven. While we wait for the enchiladas to bake we will make fresh brown rice horchata to sip on.
