What is 30EXF?
30EXF stands for 30 Minute Express Fitness and is a fitness program designed to help you improve your health and fitness and stay that way! You do not need to be fit already to start this class, it is our job to help you get there.
The classes use a timed round format that varies between sprint rounds (30 seconds), HIIT rounds (30 seconds), normal rounds (1 or 2 minutes) and intensity rounds (3 minutes).
The rounds vary between regular group fitness exercises, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), functional mobility exercises and boxing for fitness to keep the training interesting and to stop your body getting too comfortable with the routine.

The self defence syllabus of RKD is based on the Krav Maga Worldwide syllabus. Krav Maga is well known for being an effective form of self defence. We complement the Krav Maga aspects of self defence with other disciplines.
