When you want to eat amazing food without a great deal of time to cook this might be for you. With Emily, you explore some key ingredients and typical dishes of the Spanish regions, often eaten as tapas, to inspire and transform what you cook at home.
This course sees us make a variety of tapas and Pintos with authentic Spanish ingredients and a delicious Paella. You’ll come away with the confidence to cook using a variety of spices, and the ability to whip up some seriously impressive dishes. You’ll finish this class with amazing dinner: vibrant Paella, delicious Cocido Madrileno and die for Crema Catalana!
We will learn how to make several small Spanish tapas dishes in the 2 1/2 hours of this class.
