Edinburgh School of Food & Wine has made a habit of exceeding expectations at every level since our establishment in 1986. Not only are we the oldest cookery school in Scotland, but we are regularly voted as the best.
Throughout the day, our chef will demonstrate each item and you will then have the hands-on experience to recreate a wonderful panettone, mince pies and chocolate roulade. During the afternoon, you will pause for a delicious lunch made by our team.
