Traditional Greek food incorporates lots of vegetables, fish, meat, olive oil and grains. The Greek influence can be seen spreading to other Mediterranean countries. In this one-day class we will cover dishes such as Skordalia (a traditional garlic and potato dip), Spanakopita (Greek spinach pie), Choriatiki (Greek salad) and Baklava. As with all classes, each class menu changes.
