CM Dancing is an enjoyable place to learn, not only proper technical foundations in the various dance styles but to also allow dancers to feel safe and grow confident in their own skin.
CM Dancing was established in 2005 and provides dance lessons for children ages 2 to 17 years across the city of Hamilton. We offer several programs designed to inspire young dancers to follow their dreams and express their emotions through movement.

Acro dance classes are offered by Dancefit Canada . At Dancefit Canada, we offer all new dancers a free one week trial for any class on our schedule. We offer both recreational and competitive dance, cultivating creativity in all our dancers in a safe, healthy and positive environment.

Acro is the fusion of dance technique and the athleticism of acrobatic/gymnastics elements. The Acrobatic Arts program emphasizes safety and learning elements correctly while gaining values such as confidence, hard work, dedication, body awareness, etc.
During class students will work on handstands, chest & elbow stands as well as walkovers, cartwheels and tumbling.
This exciting dance form is an extremely popular dance sport that combines Gymnastics and dance elements to create excitement, learning and fun. Exploring both dance and acrobatic tricks keeps the kids engaged, excited, and eager for every class.
