There is a large emphasis on flexibility, strength, and control. Dancers will be placed based off of their individual needs, abilities, and ages. The safety of you dancer is the most important factor when deciding placement.

The instruction of proper technique is instilled in our philosophy and is a fundamental component of our dance curriculum. The staff at The Dance Edge takes pride in providing a dance education that is going to help prevent injuries and ensure your dancer is able to have a long and healthy dance experience.
The instructor will also teach parents some simple ways to help their child practice which can be a fun way to spend family time together.
Classes run from September to June but do not participate in the year end recital or competition. The main purpose for this class is for continuous training and strengthening throughout the dance season.
Acro classes are offered by Clark Dance Production. Our recreational programming classes are all taught by experienced, adult instructors with extensive training and education in the field of dance instruction! We take pride in providing quality dance classes for all levels!

During class students will work on handstands, chest & elbow stands as well as walkovers, cartwheels and tumbling.
