At ConfiDance Studio, acro classes are currently available to ages five to sixteen years starting at the beginner level within a combination class of jazz/tap.

At the Institute of Dance, acro classes are taught by our highly experienced instructors in an acro and tumbling studio that comprises of the sprung floor, mats, and the other equipment that are needed to teach advanced skills safely and effectively.
Adult Acro is a progressive 7-week course focusing on full body conditioning, flexibility, balance, and strength training through acrobatics.
