Theatre Dance Academy is one of the most well-known dance schools in Durham Region and Ontario. Many dancers start taking classes here at a young age and continue dancing at the studio for 15 to 20 years. After graduating, many have started bringing their own children to learn the art of dance here.

Class includes the basics in tumbling such as somersaults, Cartwheels, balancing tricks and other floor work. No apparatus will be used. Students wear bare feet for class although some footwear may be required for recital
We are inspired by the beautiful professional dance performances of Cirque du Soleil and want to harness that joyful movement in our Acro classes! Â
Acro classes is offered by Hyperflex Dance Studio. Acrobatic Arts Syllabus that combines the five fundamentals of acrodance
Beginner level students will learn acro basics and further improve flexibility. Advancement thru the levels will include learning more complex acro skills, partnering and group work.
