At the Institute of Dance, acro classes are taught by our highly experienced instructors in an acro and tumbling studio that comprises of the sprung floor, mats, and the other equipment that are needed to teach advanced skills safely and effectively.
This class combines both dance and gymnastic technique. Acro develops flexibility, strength and coordination through gymnastic movements.
All of our Acro classes are based on the Acrobatic Arts syllabus and taught by Certified Acrobatic Arts teachers.
Acrobatic moves are taught incorporating music and dance. A great dance form for gymnasts that would like to incorporate their gymnastics into dance. Dancers flexibility and agility is increased through this wonderful dance form.
Acro combines dance with gymnastics, it is extremely popular and thrilling to be a part of. Strength, balance, flexibility and techely popular and thrilling to be a part of.
