DurationThis specially designed Acro program for our dance and baton athletes follows the Acrobatic Arts syllabus that is becoming world recognized! It is based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of Acrobatic Arts: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling.
These classes are beneficial for everyone at BSOBAD, but also for anyone pursuing athletics in any form. We are happy to offer Acrobatic Arts programming to our youngest dancers as part of their dance program in Tiny Tots and Combo 1 and then as an additional class on it’s own beginning in Combo 2.
Students love training with our certified instructors where we currently have four coaches on staff that have been through different certification courses. BSOBAD is proud to have hosted Acrobatic Arts workshops in our studio as we value this training for our students!

Students range in age from 2-“Experienced” Adult! Offering classes in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, acrobatic arts, musical theatre, lyrical, contemporary and baton twirling that can take you from the eager beginner to dancing professionally or representing your country in the sport of baton twirling.

Our Acro program is based in good foundation gymnastics conditioning and incorporates elements from the Acrobatic Arts dance program. As adults, it can be difficult and even scary to develop the skills necessary to safely perform acrobatic tricks.
Acro syllabus guides the level of stunts used in each class and the dancer will work towards improving their strength and flexibility.
Acrobatics is a fun class for students to gain strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. Students begin with strengthening and stretching, and finish learning balancing, limbering and tumbling. Students are placed in classes based on their age, experience and ability.
Acro classes are offered by Clark Dance Production. Our recreational programming classes are all taught by experienced, adult instructors with extensive training and education in the field of dance instruction! We take pride in providing quality dance classes for all levels!
Safety is of the utmost importance to us at Evolutions School of Dance, so acrobatic elements are taught in conjunction with stretching, strength building and conditioning so dancers are safe and comfortable as they develop their skills.
