Classes are hands-on, balancing passive and active tasks to create a four-course meal. At the end of class, we all sit down to enjoy the meal together and if it makes you more comfortable, you may opt to take your portion to go.

Every culture has a version of dumplings, and they are all SO delicious! We’ll make some of our favorites from Asia: Japanese Gyoza, Szechuan Lamb Dumplings, and Shanghai Soup Dumplings.
