Mexican Cooking class is offered by Harvard Cookin' Girl. We will teach you how to make great food out of simple ingredients with old world techniques.
Everybody loves Mexican food so, we thought it would be fun to take some of these classic dishes and make them a Sunday meal.
Basic knife skills, cast iron cooking, fresh salsas, making tortillas, fresh herbs, safe protein preparation.
In this hands-on kids cooking class we'll be making Mexican food! Students will work in groups of 4 to complete the recipes.
Birria Taco cooking class is offered by Cookology Culinary School. We have classes for every level of home cook. However, don't worry about what you don't know, we will walk through each recipe step-by-step, with your own ingredients.
