Join us for a fun & delicious Cooking Class! We know, Mexican food is Your Favorite!!!! So, why not take a trip South of the Border in this mucho caliente cooking class where you'll learn to prepare a delicious Mexican meal!
In this class, we'll have a Mexican Fiesta. We'll be preparing kid's favorites, tacos, and quesadillas. These are traditional Mexican dishes consisting of small hand-sized crunchy corn tortillas topped with a filling and a quesadilla is a soft tortilla filled with cheese folded.
Traditional Mexican Dinner class is offered by Zaida's Kitchen. You'll use authentic ingredients as you learn how to construct a Vegetarian and/or Chicken Chile Rellenos, vibrant mexican rice and black beans.
A tamalada is a traditional cold-season cooking party in Mexico, where family and friends gather to make mountains of tamales. Join Chef Tammy to resurrect this delicious tradition with two classic versions of these tantalizing treats.
