In this class you will be making homemade tacos shrimp ceviche, street corn, guacamole and a peach margarita.
You’ll start by preparing a corn and avocado salad topped with a refreshing honey-lime vinaigrette. Next, you'll learn how to craft Oaxacan-style chicken mole with rich chocolate sauce, infused with a wide array of spices.
Bertha is back! Come learn how to make Sopitos. Sopitos are a family favorite. They are tortillas stuffed with cheese and meat that has been simmered in a special sauce, only prepared for special family gatherings. Chef will show us how to make this delicious Mexican tradition.
Tacos & Tequila course is offered by Chef Tech Cooking School. Our mission is to teach people how to cook – to show them how to select quality ingredients, use the proper equipment and master the best techniques.
In this class, Chef Kevin Rathbun and team will take you on a culinary journey through Mexican cuisine – you will be introduced to the ingredients and spices from the sea, land, desert, and cities that make Mexico a hub of flavor.
