This year we are honoured to host skilled, professional individuals and organisations as they hold clubs, classes and courses for the local community.
Our two day class will give us the time needed to make our very own bread.
There's no need to miss out on your favourite bakes - learn how to make some delicious classics in our gluten-free baking class. You'll spend a morning or afternoon with our chefs mastering sweet and savoury baking recipes and you'll be amazed how you can't tell the difference!

n our Afternoon Tea course you will spend the day with our patisserie expert who will guide you through some of Hobbs House Bakery's very favourite afternoon tea recipes.
This fun Saturday morning class is an opportunity to spend time cooking together and learning new recipes. You'll work together to mix, knead, prove and bake pizza and bread. You'll have lunch together and take home your loaves to show off!
