Our adult program offers classes in ballet, tap, jazz, and modern for the beginner-professional dancer. You may register at any time of the year for our classes.

BALLET is one of the more popular Dances taught at Genas -- Usually Ballet is a Great way to start out in beginning classes. Tap and  Ballet usually are recommended for new students.
Our ballet dance classes provide a basic grounding in ballet fundamentals and basic ballet technique. Placement, balance, posture, coordination, musicality, and alignment are clearly explained and emphasized.
Combination classes are a great way for students to experience different types of dance in a short amount of instructional time. The main focus of combination classes is on students having fun and enjoying dance as an everyday activity.
In Ballet level II/Pointe, attention is paid to the proper extension of the legs and shape of the feet, developing movement sequences, port de bras, and balance. Students will see an increase in difficulty in barre and center work. Students will also begin to focus on repetition and retention.
Atlanta Ballet 2 is the Atlanta Ballet Centre for Dance Education’s highest level of training that provides new performance opportunities for the next generation of professional dancers.
