We are proud to follow the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Ballet syllabus. This program spans from Primary to Pointe levels, and includes both non-examination and examination classes.
Non-exam classes are designed for our new and lower-level students. We accept enrolments at any time until Term 3 when they work towards our Dance Central End of Year Show performance.
Exam classes are more restricted and availability changes throughout the term and from year to year. These classes do not participate in our End of Year Show, but rather a formal graded Ballet examination. Contact our Ballet Coordinator for more information on what grade would best suit your child and what we can do for you.

Ballet stretches are an essential part of training in this form of dance. Not only stretching, but stretching correctly, can improve your performance now and extend your dancing life for years.
Each class will start at the barre’ and then move into the centre. Ask any professional Jazz/Contemporary/Hip Hop dancer and they will advise to take Classical Ballet.
All children should be encouraged to do Ballet to give them the best technically based start to dance. Royal Academy of Dance (R.A.D) syllabus is used and exams are offered but are not compulsory.
Our ballet classes give adult students an opportunity to work with the Royal Academy of Dance Graded Syllabus and to participate in open ballet classes that focus on the foundations of classical ballet technique and safe dance practice.
Barre fitness is a hybrid workout style that combines ballet-inspired movements with elements of dance, yoga, pilates and strength training.
