DurationClassical ballet provides a great grounding for all other dance styles. It is a much disciplined art form, which requires students to be attentive and focused. Ballet is the ultimate when it comes to the control of your body. It is easy to learn at every age and will help improve Posture, muscle tone, flexibility, core strength and artistic expression.

A variety of dance classes are available from Hip Hop, Modern Tap, Commercial Jazz, Contemporary, Aerial Silks, Ballet, Acrobatics, Burlesque, Pole Fitness/Tricks with some of Australia's Leading Instructors and Choreographers.
If you are interested in participating in more than one class we do have a deal called "The Recession Buster" which is a direct debit system of $22 per week and entitles you to unlimited classes (excludes pole) or we have the $32 deal which again entitles you to unlimited classes and includes pole.
PBT Ballet Ball is a Ballet/Pilates style class that uses exercise balls to work on strength and mobility for our dancers. It is a much slower paced class to make sure the students are able to develop their technique, strength and flexibility correctly.
Grace, strength, agility and the suspense of disbelief are synonymous with ballet. From a very young age children learn the secrets behind this unique technique and over the years they master a discipline that offers artistry, self esteem and the ability to work in a team.
This class will focus on all aspects of ballet technique including barre work, centre and stretching. You’ll feel elegant, graceful and will see a noticeable difference in your posture and the way you carry yourself in no time.
If you wish to achieve the best out of your dancing, a ballet class is a must. You will learn deportment, poise, grace, the disciplines of dance, technique & theory.
Silver Swans classes have been specifically designed for the over-55s, but whatever your age, if you are looking for a new way to keep fit and active our ballet classes will put a spring in your step.
