We currently have two RTS (registered teacher status) teacher with a third on the way. Miss Marika also holds the honour of ARAD (Associate of the RAD) this means she has passed Advanced 2.
DanceWorks Studios is located in the center of Palmerston North. Since 2011, we have inspired our students to excel while gaining a love and respect for our art form. Although we expect high standards, it can still be done in a kind and caring way so students enjoy class while achieving results.

Convenience for parents is a top priority of ours, we welcome you to use the common room and parent waiting areas. With all four studios under the same roof we can provide all our lessons in the same building meaning you don't have to cart children from one studio to the next for the different genres of dance.
Classical Ballet provides the important foundations that enable a dancer to develop their posture, coordination, and musicality.
Learning ballet at our studio promotes good posture, poise and strength. We work on developing a confident, happy and energetic dancers, learning skills and stamina that can be used in any area of life.
Our newly created Preschool Classes – Mini Risers & Tiny Risers are fun, short movement-based classes that will encourage your little ones to move to the music and learn basic dance techniques and exercises.
We are a collective group of enthusiastic and passionate teachers dedicated to inspiring our pupils through lifting their spirits their technique and finding the joy and the passion dance has given us.
