It plays a vital part in encouraging good posture and deportment, helping with co-ordination, motor skills and musical appreciation.
Younger classes learn through fun and imaginative work, whilst as the children progress they enhance their strength and flexibility to help them achieve a good range of movement as well as the ability to move with ease and grace.
The Del Toro School of Dance started in Carshalton in 1989. The ethos of the school is to promote and encourage a love of dance and both a sense of teamwork and commitment.
We encourage all our students to work to their full potential and be disciplined in their approach to learning. Del Toro offers a wide range of classes in a fun and positive environment.
We regularly put on a school show, perform at leading West End venues, hold workshops and master classes with theatre professionals and have our own musical theatre group “The Performance”
In this class, our dancers build on their ballet technique using creative roleplay, costumes, props and will thrive from positive reinforcement.

Grade 2 Ballet (RAD) classes are offered by Zayna Dance Academy. Our goal is to give each individual dancer the tools they need to take dance as far as they dream to take it.
Ballet is the discipline and core subject to all dance styles. It teaches posture, poise, grace and musicality through its classical style.
This class provide an excellent opportunity for children to perform and demonstrate their work with confidence and a sense of pride.
