Established in 2012, Just Dance It Newcastle was founded and created by Sarah Alston.
Our goal here at Just Dance It is to make dancing fun, provide a friendly and positive atmosphere for children to come along and create life long friendships while doing what they love, dancing!
Our Mission
From watching our student’s personalities develop and seeing their excitement each week from their first day, I can safely say that we continue to achieve this dream dance studio. Ready Set Ballet is a 30 minute ballet class filled with plies, princesses and everything pretty! Children enter the world of classical ballet and learn the positions of the feet as well as many other fundamental technical requirements.
Classical Ballet students from Grade 1 and above must attend 2 Ballet classes per week. Exams are also available to students from 6yrs.
Classical Ballet Dance Lessons are offered by Roseville Dance Academy. The aim of the Roseville Dance Academy is to offer each student professional tuition in classical ballet and dance. Dance teaches self-discipline, creativity, poise, grace, expression, correct posture and spontaneity.
Ballet is a beautiful style of dance and is the foundation for all dance styles. Class generally begins at the barre, then moves into the centre for more free movement that develops balance and coordination.
Following on from the Next Steps programs, Aspirants is developed to be the next stage in learning classical ballet. Unlike Next Steps, Aspirants doesn’t follow a class theme, but follows the structure of a traditional ballet class with barre work and centre practice.
