Progressing Ballet Technique is an innovative program developed by Marie Walton-Mahon for students to understand the depth of training muscle memory in achieving their personal best in classical ballet.
A 3/4 hour class. Students learn more formal short exercises and their first ballet dance.
Ballet dance classes are offered by Just Thrive. Our team of dance teachers believe dance is for everyone and anyone, doing everything they can to meet your expectations.
