Foundations of ballet alignment, basic positions, carriage of the arms, and class etiquette are introduced.
Ballet provides the fundamentals of technique for all dance forms. Proper form is developed through strengthening the core muscles needed to maintain alignment. Students receive hands-on training assisting them in developing a greater awareness of their bodies and their movement potential
