Held at our Adelaide Dance Studio, classes are taught in our high end facility. Classes utilise the Australian Teachers of Dancing syllabi relevant to the students level, allowing them the option to participate in exams and acquire accreditation throughout their dance career.
You will find our Ballet Dance Classes are uniquely designed and catered towards those that wish to supplement other forms of dance, regain a previous passion and/or simply for its conditioning elements.

Transporting you to another world classical ballet teaches you strength and endurance while being graceful at the same time. Ballet is the foundation of dance and one of the important styles. Ballet will give you beautiful posture, grace, technique, flexibility, strength and discipline.
This class is for those dancers wishing to strengthen and condition their legs, ankles and feet with the aim to dance en pointe.
For the experienced ballerina, these classes will follow Royal Academy Dance program, with an option to take exams each year. Under the guidance of our highly trained teacher Miss Christina Federici Di Donna
All students are trained using the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus which includes character. All graded and vocational graded levels are taught.
Stage One Dance Studio offers ballet classes for all ages. In these classes, young children learn the basic steps of ballet while the older children build on their ballet technique using creative role-play, costumes, props and thrive from positive reinforcement.
