This class is inspired by Classical Ballet warm-up exercises but are on the floor, instead of at the Barre.
Apart from learning Ballet movements, body control, flexibility and proper alignment, Ballet also develops cognitive thinking, builds discipline, confidence and cultivates good posture and poise
Ballet is a foundation class that works the poise, grace and lines of a dancer. From the basics of Ballet, students will learn to apply these techniques to other dances, giving them the ‘feel’ and grace of a professional dancer.
