Ballet/Tap Classes are offered by Sarita's Dance Studio, Inc. for all ages and skill level. We’re more than just about dance; we’re about motivating young people to be the best they can be!
DurationChildren learn basic Ballet and tap through creative dance techniques. In addition, children learn center work, across the floor, creative motor skill activities. Flexibility exercises are included to enhance dance skills. This class is a prerequisite for taking Ballet/Tap 2 or any other class.
Sarita’s Dance Studio, Inc. was founded in 1980. The studio has been providing safe and effective dance programs for over 40 years. Sarita’s promotes artistic excellence through quality dance education and performance.
In addition, Sarita’s prepares the youth of the south side community and surrounding areas for career opportunities in dance and the performing arts.
This course are accompanied by a pianist and follow a traditional structure. Students begin at the barre, progress to the center, and culminate with travelling exercises across the floor.
This traditional Ballet class takes Barre back to the building blocks to get you moving, perspiring, and delving into the art of Ballet. We will learn how to engage our muscles in basic ballet positions, finding the strength and toning in the exercises.
Our youngest dancers begin to develop a movement vocabulary. Learn the basic ballet positions. Practice differentiating between right from left and develop directional awareness.
Ballet dance class is offered by Artevivo Dance Studio for all ages and levels. We offer Master & Open Classes, Videos, National Competitions, Shows, Events, & Performances.
Level I ballet teaches the fundamentals of classical ballet. Students will develop the strength and elegance of a ballet dancer, while learning discipline, classroom etiquette and the love of ballet.
