You’ll be part of a small group and get to use some of the finest coffee machinery in our training space at the Neighbourhood Roastery in Liverpool, including commercial and home equipment.

We’re not going to give you unnecessary rules, or wang on about complicated processes or product details. We aren’t obsessed with awards – although we have won some – we just care that our coffee creates moments that make people smile
The SCA Coffee Skills Program is a modular, skills-based training program designed to prepare learners to gain more success in their career while contributing to the progress and evolution of the specialty coffee industry.
You will use a barista machine, during your practical activity and learn how it works, how it is cleaned and maintained within Health and Safety guidelines. This is followed by a featured 2-course lunch and a raffle of all the dishes demonstrated. A selection of alcoholic drinks will be available to purchase throughout the event. Expect lots of fun, culinary chat, tips, great food and recipe ideas.
