Join us at the Cookery School as we take you through how to recreate classic Italian dishes which you can easily replicate in your own home.
Allow our chef to guide you through a great selection of dishes including:
Starter - Aglio, Olio and Peperoncino
Main Course - Rabbit Ragu with Polenta and Black Olive and fresh homemade pasta
Dessert - Chocolate and Nut Biscotti
This class lasts approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. It also includes a recipe pack to take home. This class is suitable for all, as we can tweak the dishes to suit your requirements.
We offer a range of day and evening cooking classes for all ages and abilities. Each class will teach you the skills they needed to make delicious dishes that can be prepared quickly or in advance to be enjoyed with family and friends at home.
Our classes are informal and relaxed, but well structured and feature a mix of demonstration and hands-on cooking. At the end of most classes you will sit down together to enjoy the food that has been cooked along with a glass of wine, coffee or tea.
Each session starts with everyone cooking together and then we enjoy a snack and have some time to play whilst the food cooks. Everything you create will be packaged up for the cooks to take home and proudly share!
Pizza lovers unite! Whether you like it stuffed crust and simple toppings or thin and loaded with different flavours, we are giving you the chance to make tasty pizza in an oven.
Join Stefano on an Italian cookery day dedicated to dishes from Giancarlo and Katie's much-loved Amalfi region of Italy.
Over five hours, you will learn to how to make pasta from scratch, use a pasta machine and make, shape and use fresh pasta. You will also learn to make the lightest potato gnocchi and ricotta gnocchi, plus a fantastic risotto.
In this class you will learn to prepare recipes from the vibrant South, the elegant North and of course the capital, Rome.
