Learn to make different types and preparation of baking bread in class offered by Dine & Dessert Cakery

• Kneading a perfect dough with all purpose flour .
• Knowledge on "Hydration"of dough.
• Proofing the dough.
• Right temperature for baking breads in oven .
• Small group of students per batch.
• Hands on class.
• Printed notes will be privided
• Goodies of the bread workshop can be taste or u can bring back back your portions.( pls bring your own box)
