Hello! During this class we will be decorating some sugar cookies with royal icing. You will learn several different techniques that you can apply to any sugar cookies for any occasion. Everything is provided for you, just bring a friend or 2 and have a great time!
We currently offer a two-hour private macaron class with our Executive Pastry Chef for a minimum of $1200. This class can have up to 8 people in it and will be a hands-on experience of making macarons from scratch.

Buttercream flowers and how to make them. We will make an American buttercream recipe, color it and fill decorating bags with appropriate tips to create several types of flowers and flower leaves. All the icing tips are yours to take home and keep.
