Chef Leo Tonight is the perfect place to celebrate any number of special occasions. Whether it’s with friends or family our classes are engaging and most importantly everyone in attendance will have fun!
Expect your guests to eat, drink and be merry while participating in one of our many themes including “Chopped - Chef Leo Tonight Edition”. The Chef Leo Tonight staff is equipped to provide helpful cooking techniques and make sure your party is one for the memory books!
Our class is focused on being comfortable in the kitchen. You don’t need to be a professional chef to make professional looking dishes. If you’re looking for quick easy to make meals, we have you covered. If you’re looking for meals that will impress your friends, we have you covered! Even if you are a professional chef just looking for something to do, this class is engaging for everyone! We use fresh ingredients and make everything from scratch.
We will create a 5 course menu and everyone will cook a different item. Chef Leo Tonight provides recipes, utensils, aprons and safety gear. We will guide everyone through their individual processes and after the food is done we will all enjoy a family style dinner!
Let us take you on a journey through the French countryside. We will begin with making Creme Patissiere (Pastry Cream) that will fill mini seasonal fruit tarts. Next a decadent Chocolate Gateau (Chocolate Torte) will be whipped up

Who doesn’t love a perfectly arranged spread of meat, cheese, crackers, and condiments? Charcuterie boards are all the rage right now, and this program takes full advantage of this tasty trend!
At the end of class, we all sit down to enjoy the meal together and if it makes you more comfortable, you may opt to take your portion to go. You are welcome to bring beer and wine to enjoy with the class and meal.
