Each participant makes and takes home 5-6 beautiful crepes (if there are any crepes left over we can fill with berries or jellies).

This class provides detailed insight into the complex world of espresso roasting. Part lecture part practice, we’ll cover the SCA definition of espresso and step by step instructions for preparation, brewing, dosing, distribution and tamping. All levels welcome.
By the end of the course, you will have the knowledge and skills to create your own coffee style and ensure the freshest possible roast.
