This diploma-level course will give you the skills to become a junior manager in a hotel or hospitality business.
This programme aims to introduce students to the skills required in food and beverage service, including barista; basic cookery, front of house operations, reception and accommodation.
You will learn how to interact with colleagues and customers and provide memorable, high-quality dining experiences while gaining first-hand experience on how to monitor and maintain customer service, policies and procedures.
A fantastic foundation course for those focused on future employment in the hospitality industry. The students will practice these skills in the Bungalow, which is a training café on campus.
The programme provides introductory skills in front of house, barista, basic kitchen, and barback, for the food and beverage industry. Upon completion of this programme the graduates can progress to level 3 to specialise in food preparation, food service, barista, bar, or function services.
