An upbeat and energetic combination of dance, acrobatics and stunting. Currently becoming increasingly more popular from the Netflix show 'Cheer' this is one not to miss in 2021!
Cheerleading classes are offered by Centre Stage Dance Studios. Catering for 5-18yrs. Teaches Pom techniques and basic stunts.
Cheerleading Lessons are offered by Dance Junction for all ages and skills. Dance Junction offers students the choice to take part in eisteddfods, public performances & exams.
Students who show dedication and skill get selected for troupe. They are required to do ballet, jazz and tap within the Academy. They perform around Darwin and even travel interstate for competitions. The Darwin Performance Academy troupe girls were the official cheerleaders for the NT Thunder.
