This class will guide you through all seven styles of cheese, allowing you to taste curated artisan selections of each – all thoughtfully paired with selections from our wide array of sundries (like chocolates, pickles, preserves & honey!). Accompaniments such as Spanish Quicos and scratch-made Easy Tiger baguette round out the spread.

Two years after John announced on our honeymoon that he wanted to quit his job and "do something in cheese," we unlocked the front door to our very own cheese shop in 2010.
