Course Details

Chicago has some of the best food in the country and we’re here to teach you all the secrets! In this class, join Chef Julianna as each student will learn to make homemade Italian beef, fresh bread and homemade fresh giardiniera.

Italian beef will be demonstrated by instructor but au jus, bread and giardiniera will be hands on! Techniques taught in class include slow cooking meat, knife skills and yeast dough. Class is for adults 18 years and older. Guests 21 and over can BYOB.
