Established in January 2013, Rata Studios (formerly CPAS) is situated in the Creative and Performing Arts Centre at Scots College, Strathmore, Wellington.

If you are a beginner or already have some musical ability, it's never to late to learn or re-learn - whether you are eight years old or eighty!
The school provides Ministry of Education subsidised group music lessons for primary and intermediate age school students
Students must have completed 2 years of basic instrument or 10 yrs old before enrolling in clarinet lessons.
Learning an instrument is the brains equivalent of a full body work out. The earlier you start the bigger the benefits. These include increased memory, problem solving and literacy.
