Concrete Alberta represents over 90% of the concrete producers in Alberta, and is fully funded by the membership of Producers, Associates and Affiliates.
With a membership of approximately 250 companies, Concrete Alberta is the recognized authoritative voice of the concrete industry in Alberta and has been servicing the industry since 1962.

Participants will learn the most important aspects of concrete formwork including identifying materials, form hardware, and formwork safety practices.
Trainees will be taught to use hand and power tools such as floats and screeds.
This course will provide the student with an understanding of behaviour and design of reinforced concrete and masonry products based on the latest National Building Code of Canada (NBCC) and Concrete Design handbooks.
Learners will analyze, design and detail reinforced concrete sections for building elements, including beams, columns, slabs and foundations using limit states design.
