Dance Discovery was set up in 2013 by Clare Bungay specialising in RAD ballet, ISTD Tap and Jazz, Hip-Hop and Zumba for ages 18 months to Adults.
The main aim of the dance school is fun and enjoyment while working towards RAD & ISTD exams throughout the year. We also have various performance opportunities which we encourage pupils to attend, such as gala days, Christmas fairs and our own annual showcase.
Contemporary dance classes are offered by SD Studios. Founded by professional performer Sarah Smith, SD Studios aim to give students the highest possible level of performing arts training to create well rounded, "triple threat" performers.
We are fortunate to have a specialist Contemporary Dance teacher on our staff. Contemporary Dance is the preferred dance style for Key Stage 3 and 4 study and at Degree Level.
Contemporary classes are offered by Kt School Of Dance. The syllabus provides a professional class structure and sound knowledge of the correct dance technique, developing co-ordination and performance skills.
