Sensory Skills, Mathematics, Safety, Social skills, Emotional Development, Language Skills, Geography & Science
Cooking is an essential life skill and we want to introduce it young children!
Children will have a recipe book to take home at the end of the program. Children will enjoy whatever we make or take it home to share!

A perfect cohesion for you and your child to concoct original cakes and desserts for unique occasions
Our single day cooking class is perfect for kids aged 8 to 12 (kids 13 to 18 are welcome too), to have fun experiencing food that can be recreated at home! Join us for this fun day with Chef Helena!
Participants will learn kitchen and knife safety and nutrition education Participants will sample all the food we made in class, then take home their own creations to share with the family.
Wwdss cooking classes for members ages 6 – 13 with Down syndrome is currently on hold. We plan to resume in-person classes for this age group when it is safe to do so.
