Baking 101 is the all-inclusive class you need to become a baking expert! Learn the difference between creaming and mixing, the brownie method and cake method, and the importance of each element of baking; Fats, Sugars, Flour, Salt, Eggs, Moisturizers, and Leavening Agents.

Want to learn how to decorate cakes like a pro? Stephanie can show you her tricks during a cake decorating class. The class includes everything needed to decorate a custom cake. 6-8 inch cake, all tools, apron, and an instructor to explain step by step hpw to create your own masterpiece. 

If you’re child loves baking AND Starbucks, they will love this sweet class! Each child will bake a 3-layer cake from scratch, make buttercream frosting and decorate the cake with a Starbucks theme. Class is recommended for ages 10 and up.
