About the Culinary Pre-Apprenticeship Program
London Training Centre continues to serve our clients and the community through the pandemic. In-person and virtual appointments are available for employment services. We continue to provide training courses and programs in-person with limited class size.
Learn the basics of cooking and how to adapt the skills you learn in class to enhance your cooking at home! Chef Romy will cover: knife skills,vegetable cuts, sauces, stocks, meats, vegetables, seafood, desserts and more in these full hands-on workshops.

Let Chef Jessica Roberts, a Cookery veteran, help you sharpen your knife skills and learn what the hardest working tool in your kitchen can do.
We will cover knife construction, steels used, sharpening theory, sharpening demos and hands-on tutored sharpening. We supply stones for you to use during the class, but feel free to bring your own if you already have them
