In each class, students learn to plan and execute recipes that include an appetizer, main dishes, and desserts. Continental breakfast will be offered when they arrive. After each class, students come together to enjoy their creations. Our chef instructors are classically trained and have many years of experience teaching this program.
From professional chefs to community foodies, Sauté Culinary Academy offers classes to serve every kind of cook - from beginner to advanced. We offer professional and recreational classes on a variety of subjects, featuring seasonal produce and focusing on proper techniques.
Our kitchen is well equipped with the necessary tools and instructors to facilitate all of the many aspects of successful meal preparation and execution.

Your young chef can join us for our fun 5-day baking camps while they learn the basics of mixing, measuring, baking, kitchen safety and more! This class is recommended for ages 10 and up.
Our video & movie making summer camps and after school programs fuse art and technology in a STEAM-based, collaborative environment that encourages young creators to explore their creative interests.
Growing food, gardening and making/building crafts in the garden is fun and engaging! We will do various craft projects for the garden, and have a special guest who will teach us about planting and growing flowers and food. We’ll complete garden-related projects in wood, ceramics.
Summer Camps for kids (1st graders and up) opens in mid March and you must be on our mailing list to get the registration link. These camps fill up within hours, so be on the lookout for the schedule that will be sent to your inbox in early March.
